THE ERA QUEENS are an all-female tribute band that perform girl group songs ranging from the 1960's to today. They eloquently showcase polished harmonies, synchronized choreography, and dynamite costumes while performing hits by The Supremes, The Shirelle's, Martha and the Vandella's, The Marvelette's, The Emotions, Sister Sledge, LaBelle, En Vogue, TLC, Salt-n-Pepa, & Destiny's Child. The Era Queens frequently perform for major corporate and private events throughout the US, including The Pacific Symphony, The American Heart Association, Kingston Technology and the Boys and Girls Club of America. They can be seen on the hit TV show “Why Women Kill” on CBS All Access. Lawrence Dopson Has been singing professionally since 1968. He was the Lead singer of the very popular group The 5 wagers from Chicago, Illinois. He has worked with Earth Wind Fire The Emotions and was managed by The Dells. In 1978 he worked with The Temptations and Has been performing with The Durell Coleman band since 1998. He is currently Teaching Vocal Lessons at 1500 Sound Academy in Inglewood Ca. And is still performing occasionally. KEVIN ONEAL BIO Kevin O’Neal is a Grammy winning bassist, composer, producer and educator. His credits include the films Ghostbusters, 48 Hrs, A Great & Mighty Walk, Devil With A Blue Dress, troubled Waters, along with recordings and performances with Outkast, LaVern Baker, Nnenna Freelon, Solomon Burke, Tracy Chapman, Barry Harris, Marilyn McCoo & and Billy Davis Jr. (5th Dimension) and as a solo artist.
